I’ve been around Second Life for over three years now and one thing I’ve learned over that time is that no matter how attentive you are to new releases, blogs, and forums, sometimes you just miss the good stuff.  And I admit, I totally missed out on Delora Starbrook’s Haven Designs. I’ve always considered myself reasonably well informed about up and coming talent, especially creators with a full command of detail oriented designs like Delora’s so I was fairly gobsmacked to teleport into the midst of her store crammed to the brim with all sorts of wonderfully sexy naughty things.

Delora’s typical customer is into Gor roleplay, but don’t let that keep you away from her store. She has what I consider to be a lot of “multipurpose” outfits. If you’re into slave collars and showing your pixel bits in public around the grid she’s got that need covered, but you can take what she designs and weave it into a fun and sassy outfit.  One of Delora’s most recent arrivals is a top she named Flourish. If you dare to bare, you can wear it all by itself, but if you’re looking for an unusual and stylish statement in your wardrobe from time to time, Flourish fits the bill.

I wanted to play with the tone-on-tone trend, so I paired my top with the teal metallic leggings from bijou. Flourish comes in several other colors than the blue I chose to wear here (although, to my dismay, not a cream or brown tone.) There’s even a pink edition which benefits Relay for Life which you can find on a big wall immediately where the teleport landing point sits.
